ImageWHAT IS IT & HOW DOES IT WORK?

Septic Solutions is a complete formulation of beneficial microorganisms selected and bred to digest all normal products that are flushed down toilets and rinsed down sinks and drains. These products include:  (1) proteins;  (2) fats, oils, and grease;  (3) sugars, starches, and complex carbohydrates;  (4) detergents;  (5) phenols; and  (6) toilet paper.
A complete formulation is important because native microorganisms, which are normally found in septic tanks and wastewater treatment systems, do not possess the genetic ability to adequately digest the above constituents. The problem arises from their limited ability to decompose vegetable oils, high loads of fat, complex carbohydrates, cellulose, detergents, phenols, and toilet paper. As a result, clogging can easily occur in sink drains, plumbing pipes, and septic drain fields.

Expensive solutions are often chosen, including clean outs, pump outs, and reconstruction of drain fields. However, these approaches may not be necessary, if the beneficial microbes from Septic Solutions are brought the the rescue! Working in concert, these beneficial microorganisms decompose the hard-to-digest constituents. They serve to clean up the clogged areas, while restoring biological balance and performance to the overall system. The result is a better functioning, as well as the reduction and ultimate elimination of those noxious odors!

WHAT DOES IT COST & HOW IS IT APPLIED?

Septic Solutions comes in a variety of sizes, starting with the 1/2 pound jar and going all the way up to a 5-pound jar. A 1/2 pound jar costs $15.00; A 1-Pound jar, $24.95; a 2-pound jar, $45.00; and a 5-pound jar, $100.00. Special combinations and larger sizes are available upon request. The dosage rates vary according to the application, as noted next.

       FOR 500-GALLON SEPTIC TANKS:

Add 1 tablespoon every 2 weeks or 2 tablespoons per month, amounting to about 1 oz. per month. In a year-round residence, this would amount to a requirement of 12 oz., or  3/4 pound, while a summer residence could get by with less the 1/2 pound.

    FOR 1,000-GALLON SEPTIC TANKS:

Use 1 tablespoon per week, or 4 tablespoons per month, amounting to about 2 oz. per month. In a year-round residence, this would amount to a requirement of 24 ounces, or 1-1/2 pounds, while a summer residence could get by with less then 1 lb.

    FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT APPLICATIONS:

Add 2 ppm/day, according to the following formula: Daily Dosage (in lbs. required) = [(gal. in system) (8.3 lbs./gal.) (2)] Divide by [1,000,000].

SPECIFICATIONS

    * Septic Solutions contain 5 species of natural microorganisms, including ones from the genus Bacillus and others from the genus Aspergillus.
    * They have been selected for their compatibility and their overlapping ability to decompose: (1) proteins; (2) fat, oil and grease; (3) complex carbohydrates; (4) detergents; (5) phenols; and (6) toilet paper.
    * Septic Solutions decompose the above constituents into water, CO2 and essential minerals.
    * They work best within a pH range of 6.0 - 8.5 while their optimal pH is neutral or 7.0.
    * They work best within a temperature range of from 400 F to over 1000 F while the optimal temperature is 700 F.
    * Septic solutions are sold in a powdered concentrate, containing over 4 billion microorganisms per gram, or 1.8 trillion per pound. They can be stored in a cool place for years.
    * They are 100% natural, organic and safe. They are not toxic, hazardous or pathogenic to people, fish or aquatic life!

FAQs

Aerated Septic Systems

1) Americans on Septic Systems: Did you know that over 90 million people in the US are using septic systems? That's approximately one out of every four Americans.

2) The Problem: Unfortunately, most septic systems become overloaded over time, causing clogging, expensive pump-outs, and pollution of the soil and ground water, adding untreated organic matter, cleaning solvents, toxins, and harmful nitrates to the environment....

3) Using the systems own bacteria to solve the problem: Did you know that most septic systems cannot handle today's wastewater load, especially water flushed down the kitchen sink? This water usually contains cooking oils and various cleaning solvents that are difficult for normal septic systems to digest and treat. Additional problems come from toilet paper, which is extremely difficult or impossible for normal septic bacteria to digest and break down.

4) Using additional bacteria to complement the native bacteria: A properly-formulated bacteria such a Aerated Septic System unique mix can help the native bacteria by digesting cooking oils, normal food stuffs, cleaning solvents and toilet paper thereby providing a complete, full-spectrum treatment for your entire treatment system....

5) Using oxygen to crank up the results: Once a system has the proper amount and type of introduced bacteria the next necessary ingredient is oxygen. It enables bacteria to "crank it up a notch," breaking down the waste ingredients inside the tank leaving very little to be processed in the soil and groundwater.

6) Putting it all together: Tests have shown that this kind of treatment can accomplish over 85% of the wastewater treatment efficiency normally found in professional sewage treatment plants. Furthermore, high efficiency operations such as these can reduce the frequency or probability of expensive pumping, increase the longevity of your tank and drain field and make a positive impact on your environment!

TESTIMONIALS

"We used Septic Solutions as an inoculate for out innovative, black water unit, which was designed to replace standard septic tanks. This unit was hooked up to sewage water from our local wastewater treatment plant. It was obvious from the vary beginning tha the microbes were forming a biofilm and digesting the organic waste products at a very respectable rate. Great Product!!!"

"I live on Cape Cod in MA where we have some unique problems that need environmentally-friendly solutions. I didn't want to use a product that was going to be hazardous to the environment. The area that I live in floods out quite a bit in the winter. Due to these waters flooding our yards and septic systems, we do end up with problems. So far, the results are wonderful. I will definitely tell my friends..."

"The rejuvenation of my septic system is working well. I am still oxygenating my main tank and the tank outlet to the laterals. We have been in a 100+ degree heat for the past several weeks here in Wichita and the grass looks horrible. But, I can now see green grass over the length of my 4 lateral lines. I have been completely unable to see this for several years because of fluid puddling up out of the ground. The lines are being cleaned out the fluid is being distributed evenly. My plan is to continue to aerate the system at least until early December, when it really starts getting cold.
